MEP SUGGESTIONS
- Anyone can open a MEP idea as long as you're willing to host it, cut out the parts, and put it together to send it to AsterousNinja or another Admin for them to upload on Youtube when the MEP is finished.
- Remember to name the song you want to edit with for your idea.
- You can only post 2 MEP ideas at the same time. More than that and your oldest MEP idea will be delete. ~ Please contact AsterousNinja or another Admin if you want to delete one of your threads for a MEP idea.
- You need 4 'yes' for your idea to be able to put it in the list of 'MEPs to open'.
- When you've gotten 4 'yes' please add in the title of your MEP idea 'Ready to Open' or 'RTO'. We will then move the thread for your MEP to the 'MEPs Ready to Open' section.
- Also write in the thread 'MEPs to Open' that's in the 'MEPs Ready to Open' section telling Niamh that your MEP idea has gotten enough 'yes'.

OPEN MEPs
- If your MEP is RTO, you can open it whenever you feel like it! But only up to 7 MEPs can be open at a time!
- Keep yourself updated and fill in the parts people request, make sure to check so you don't miss a request for a part by anyone!
- If a MEP is opened longer than 1 week, you can let people take second parts. If your MEP still hasn't been closed after 3/4 weeks (depending on how many parts are still left for taking) it will sadly be deleted. We will contact you if your MEP gets deleted.
- When the MEP is filled write in the title [CLOSED]. The mods or admin will then move the MEP to the closed section.
~ There will only be a certain amount of MEPs open at the same time.
~ You can only host one OPEN MEP.
~ Holiday's + Bday MEPs do not have to follow the above rules. ~PLEASE when opening an MEP, make sure to be clear about your rules for the MEP, like if you need the parts from a certain download site and so on.
DON'T FORGET TO MENTION A DEADLINE! A MEP can't be closed longer than 2 months, so after your MEP is closed please make sure your deadline isn't longer than that. If it is, it might get deleted.

CLOSED MEPs
- There can only be 10 MEPs in the 'Closed MEPs'-section. When there's more than 10 we will stop the opening of new MEPs.
- When your MEP has been closed go to the 'MEP Parts'-section and find the thread that's called 'LIST OF ALL MEPs DEADLINES' there you write down the name of your MEP plus the date for when you wish all the parts for this MEP to be finished by.
- If people starts to miss the deadline you can either make the parts yourself or give the parts away to people who will finish them quicker.
- If closed longer than a month, the MEP will get a warning. If it hasn't been finished in a week after you've gotten the warning the MEP will be deleted.
- Keep yourself updated so you can download parts as they start to come in, and tell people to do changes to their part if needed. People might also have to leave the MEP so it's important you have an eye open on it!

FINISHED MEPs
- When your MEP is put together, upload it to a sharing site and send it to an admin (AsterousNinja or another admin).
- When you send us your MEP, YOU MUST SEND US A DESCRIPTION AS WELL. That includes all the people who participated in the MEP, couples/characters used, the song used and a message from you.
- Also, please go to the FINISHED MEPs section and make a thread for your MEP with all the info plus the download link. When your video has been uploaded to YouTube we will add the video to your thread!
